Who gets these forms?

The information in this form is sent first to our webmaster who records the information in MS Access for easy retrieval. The information is made available to our priest Abouna Samuel, to members of the Church Council, and to servants on a need-to-know basis. For example, your child's Sunday School teacher will have their birthday and contact information :o).
