On March 11, 2008, after a long, long wait (four years to be exact), Archangel Michael & St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Church welcomed into her arms our beloved Mariam and Mary, wife and daughter of our stellar deacon and brother Raeed! God bless their lives richly and return what has been missed a thousand times a thousand fold. This is the day that the Lord has made! This final wait at Dulles International Airport was so worthwhile when Mariam and Mary came around that corner to be greeted by their adoring fans, almost a dozen young men and one camera crazy young woman. In case you can't tell by the pictures, Raeed was the happiest man on the planet, Mariam was the sweetest ever, and Mary is by far the most adorable 3-year-old in the history of 3-year-olds.
